7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you purchase a Pro membership and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided you have downloaded no more than 3 Pro templates.
Renewals
Membership renewals can be refunded within 7 days of the renewal charge, provided no Pro templates were downloaded during the new billing period. To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel anytime from your account settings before the billing date.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made more than 7 days after the charge
- More than 3 Pro templates downloaded in the billing period
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations (sharing files, reselling)
- Free templates (they cost nothing — simply don’t download them)
How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@teacherresume.com from your registered address, or use the contact form (select “Billing & refunds”).
- Include your order/receipt number.
- We process approved refunds within 5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 days to post it.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we resolve almost every billing issue directly. Accounts with chargebacks filed without prior contact may be suspended.
